Introduction

In our fast-paced lives,we tend to run the rat race in life often comparing ourseloves with others and feeling small. We often overlook the simple blessings that surround us. . However, embracing gratitude can be a transformative practice that not only shifts our perspective but also attracts abundance and fulfilment into our daily lives. Today, we’ll explore the power of gratitude and how practicing it can create a profound impact on our well-being and overall sense of abundance.

Once upon a time, long long ago I had complaints about everyone in life including my parents.

When I was a child I was neglected by my mother because she was working full time in a job.

I used to go very badly dressed to school and so all the students started ragging me. This went on continuously for 2 yearsand by the time I went to college I suffered a nervous breakdown.  The suffering that I went through is beyond your imagination.  I became a victim and blamed everyone else excepting me for my situation.

It took long for me to understand that by playing the victim game I was literally handing over my power to someone else. Then I started practising gratitude and it transformed my life.

Today I am an empowerment coach, published author of 5 books , co-author of 11 more books and a TEDx speaker.

Since I have benifitted a lot from the power of gratitude, I want to share about it with as many people as I can so that they are benifitted too.

The Daily Tip: Start Your Day with Gratitude

Friends,  “Start your day with gratitude, and watch the abundance flow into your life,”. as soon as you wake up in the morning say ‘Thanks universe”.

The Impact of Gratitude on Attracting Abundance

Note that gratitude is more than just saying “thank you” for what we have. It is a powerful tool that shifts our focus from what is lacking to what is abundant in our lives. When we express gratitude for the blessings we already possess, we open ourselves up to receive more blessings in return. Gratitude not only enhances our emotional well-being but also cultivates a magnetic energy that attracts positive opportunities and experiences.

What are the negative effects of complaining?-

A great philosopher says, “Complaints eradicate good fortune, gratitude prayer brings benefit”.

When you complain, you increase your levels of cortisol, also known as the stress hormone. High levels of stress can lead to a variety of health problems, including increased risk of depression, digestive problems, sleep issues, higher blood pressure and even increased risk of heart disease.
