A HEALTHY MIND CREATES A HEALTHY BODY

Good Health is of utmost importance in life. Someone said correctly that ‘Health is Wealth”.

But the real fact is millions of people suffer from ill-health. The questions which come to mind for many are-

“Why do I always suffer from ill-health”?

“Something or the other keeps on happening to me and I always have health issues”.

Why do I have to be constantly hospitalised?”

The mindset you have about health:

Remember a very important thing that you are only as healthy as your mind is. If you constantly keep feeding negative thoughts to your mind, such as” I am born to suffer.” “I will always have health issues.”, “I will never become healthy and strong” then you will be so always.

I have spoken about this in my previous chapter. Your mind forms codes. Codes are inner voices which stop you from taking action. Change your negative codes about health and make it into positive and powerful codes such as-

“I am in pink of health and strong”, “Life is very kind to me”, “Always good things happen to me”.

Keep repeating these positive codes and your health issues will start changing.
Changing your mindset goes a long way in changing everything in life, including health.
I have tried to answer the above queries below:-

Let us study some common reasons people keep falling sick.

i)Stress and worries  – Chronic stress and worries cause health problems in people. Stress causes lack of sleep and illnesses such as headache, Bronchitis, Asthma, cold, cough and fever. In extreme cases, stress can create heart diseases and chronic depression.Whether it’s a working person, a homemaker, an entrepreneur or a service person stress is A PART OF EVERYDAY LIFE but we must know how to deal with stress.

ii) Not getting adequate sleep harms your mind and your body. It can spoil your next day badly. Lack of adequate sleep causes irritability, difficulty in concentrating, drowsiness, lethargy, and can further cause anxiety. It also increases the risk of diseases such as high blood pressure, diabetes, depression, heart diseases and so on. Sleep is very important in life- 6 to 8 hours of sleep are needed by the body.

Some symptoms which indicate that your health is bad,In life, everybody sometimes or others has to face health issues. Some health issues are mild but some are serious. As soon as you get these symptoms, it’s better to get yourself checked up by a good doctor because some of the symptoms may impact your long term health. So you must become aware of certain symptoms that might cause serious health issues.

i) Difficulty in breathing– Difficulty in breath could be because of bronchitis, asthma, pneumonia or pulmonary diseases.

ii) You get tired very easily If you get tired very easily it may be because of health issues such as tuberculosis or any other disease.

iii) Loss of memory power:- If you are constantly having memory problems, then it may be because of dementia.

iv) Lumps in your breasts:- Women must keep checking for the same and get themselves examined frequently for the same.

v) Persistent cough:- A persistent cough may occur because of Tuberculosis.

vi) There could be other symptoms but I have only discussed a few above. Please consult your doctor for any health issue.
