Self esteem is nothing but our own evaluation about yourself. It is how much you love and respect yourself. Many times we blame ourselves for situations which are beyond our control and feel not so good about ourselves. We tend to think and feel that we are not good enough and this makes us feel low and depressed. Many other times we don’t love ourselves and start seeking validation from others. To add to this when we don’t get this validation we again go into depression.

Let’s learn to love ourselves unconditionally no matter what and accept ourselves just the way we are. Only when we love ourselves will we be able to love others.
