1)Your invited guest
Fearr is your constant companion all day long. You have given him so much of power that he now becomes your master and enjoy full authority over you. 4)Phobia

Types of fear:-
All these fears can be overcome because fear exists in the mind only. It has no concrete existence anywhere other than your mind. Control of fear is basically control of mind and imagination and removal of false believes anchored in the mind
Causes of fear:-
1)Attractment and dependance on external objects if you are depending on external objects and people for existence.
If you feel intense dependency on something you become afraid of losing it. For example mobile phone.
2)Disbelief in God If we don’t believe that there is a superpower who is running the world we are bound to be fearful. If we disbelieve we will tend to think that anything can happen to us at any time in the world without any cause or notice.
3)comparisons , Many people think that they can’t do what others do. They don’t have confidence in their calibre and capability and consider themselves as worthless people. They develop inferiority complex and always remain self conscious and shaky in front of others. They fear rejection and disapproval from others and are afraid of being ridiculed. They also avoid socialising.
Removal of Fears:-
1)Identify your fears fear:- Fear is always of the unknown of something you don’t know.
You just imagine about it and your imagination can play havoc. Imagination always makes mountain out of a molehill and presents a dreadful picture. It exaggerates and distorts a danger to you beyond all proportions so the best thing is to identify it.
The reason as to why fear we find fear difficult to defeat is because we allow it to remain vague. Lay your fears before you bring them into light and see them as they really are.
They will disappear.
2)Do the things you fear , You must expose yourself to the thing you are most afraid of and then you can easily overcome it. To overcome the fear you will have to take the risk which you have been avoiding throughout and finally do the very thing you are afraid of. And you have to continue to do this exercise till such time when the fear totally disappear. The more you fear the more it will trouble you, however if you don’t fear and face it head on the opposite happens and the fear goes away from you. Please remember that avoiding fearsome situations is not the solution to remain free from the tyranny of fears.
3)Don’t identify yourself with fears , We normally identify fears as dangerous and become one with them. You should treat the dangers coming to you as something different which are not a part of you. Observe your dangers from a distance like spectators.
4)Fear exist in the past on future only never in the present , It disappears when the actual event that was fearful takes place. Example before the interview the person is very careful and nervous but once he or she faces the interview panel the fear disappears. The emotion of fear is quite distinct from the object of fear. Is felt either before or after the fearful event has passed but it is never in the present because in the present you are busy confronting the danger.
There is no time for thinking or imagination of that fear.
5)Don’t think constantly about the things you fear , To be upset by a thing we have to be thinking about it constantly. When you start thinking about the things you fear you must focus your thoughts elsewhere.
Become free from fears and enjoy life!!
